Porsche 718 Boxster
For many years, the Porsche Boxster was called a “poor” version of the 911. Wrongly – everyone who had the opportunity to drive this model appreciated its small size and light and precise handling. The car was sometimes able to give even more driving pleasure than the legendary 911. The latest version of the Boxster model has matured visually and combines all the best features of the brand from Stuttgart in the process. In the “Style Edition” presented here, it is even more special with its contrasting color combination and richer standard equipment.
The 718’s engine is a 2-liter unit with 300 horsepower , which, with an unladen weight of just 1,350kg, is more than enough. Great weight distribution makes the car extremely easy to control. The driver has a sense of “oneness” with the car, knowing exactly how it will behave in a given situation.
There’s a reason why the unit, which comes in the 718 we offer, among others. In 2018, it received the “Engine of the Year” award. The Boxer not only “bolts” at speed with pleasure. The ride is accompanied by an extremely pleasant and characterful sound, which is even louder in the Boxster version due to the ability to fold down the roof. The soft roof is fully electrically controlled and we can operate it up to a speed of 50 km/h. Our Style Edition copy comes with such extras as a Porsche Doppelkupplung(PDK) automatic transmission, sport exhaust tips, 20-inch 718 Spyder rims, heated steering wheel, seats and a 10mm lowered Porsche Active Suspension Management PASM suspension. In addition, this edition is distinguished by leather upholstery with embossed Porsche logos on the headrests, contrast stitching and illuminated stainless steel door sill caps. All the extras in the Style Edition version form a cohesive whole that makes interacting with the car even more fun.
The Porsche 718 Boxster will meet the needs of those looking for a car that will give plenty of fun to drive, especially when tackling twisty sections.
