  • How to book a car?

    Car reservations can be made through the booking panel, by phone, email or by contacting us via Facebook or Instagram.

  • What documents are required to rent a car?

    You will need a valid driver’s license, ID card or other current identification document to rent. Importantly, we absolutely require the use of the tenant’s named payment card for the first rental.

  • What is the minimum advance notice I can make a reservation with?

    The minimum advance notice is about 1.5h, however, if you wish to book a car “on the spot” between 19:00 and 08:00, we recommend confirming such a reservation by phone. Submitting a reservation through the online booking system gives it a status of “to be confirmed” and if none of our staff sees it then the rental will not take place.

  • As a foreigner, can I rent a car?

    Yes, with possession of the relevant documents.

  • Can you deliver the car to a location of my choice?

    Yes, we deliver cars to any address. On the territory of Warsaw, the substitution and return of the car take place at no additional cost, while going outside of Warsaw the cost of substitution/return is calculated according to the rate per kilometer. The rate, in turn, varies depending on the model of the car and varies between PLN 2 and PLN 6 net / km.

  • Is it possible to rent cars without a mileage limit?

    Any number of kilometers can be covered during the rental. An additional fee is provided for kilometers above the contractual limit. The mileage limit is listed individually for each car in the “cars” tab.

  • Should VAT be added to the prices listed on the website?

    Yes, the prices listed on our website are net amounts unless it is indicated next to the amount that it is a gross amount.

  • Can I travel outside of Poland with a rental car?

    Yes, but only with our written consent.

  • Can a person other than the Renter drive the car?

    It is possible to add additional drivers on the contract, which does not involve an additional cost.

  • Does the company offer additional services/accessories?

    Yes, the company offers the following additional services/accessories:
    (a) Gold package – removes liability by 50%, additionally insures windows and tires against accidents.
    (b) Wash package – allows you to return the car in any state of cleanliness.
    (c) Full fuel tank – allows you to return the car with any amount of fuel. The car is received with a full tank.
    (d) Child seat.

  • What is a deposit and is it required when renting a car?

    We offer rental options with and without a security deposit. The presence of a security deposit only affects the rental price. Importantly, the amount of the deposit is not synonymous with the amount of the deductible. A security deposit is not required for rental, but we reserve the right to require it in special cases.

  • Is it possible to rent from the perpetrator’s liability?

    Currently, we do not have contracts with insurance companies. Such a rental is possible only on the assumption that the customer covers the rental costs himself, and on his own requests reimbursement from the insurer.

  • Can I use the car to drive on the track?

    We do not accept the use of our cars for driving on the track, participating in testing and racing.

  • Can the car pick-up/return take place on Sunday?

    Yes. We work 7 days a week, including all holidays.

  • During what hours can I rent and return the car?

    There are no restrictions on the time of pick-up/return of the car.

  • Does the car get fueled to capacity?

    Yes, we issue cars to customers fueled to capacity and expect the same condition upon return. In some cases, it may happen that the tank is not full, but then we mark it on the protocol and the customer can return with the same condition of fuel he got. It is also possible to purchase a “full tank of fuel” package, which allows you to return the car with an empty tank.

  • Does the car need to be washed before it is returned?

    Yes, we require the car to be washed at least to the extent that the employee can technically and visually verify the vehicle before returning it. It is also possible to purchase a cleaning package.

  • What is the required minimum age of the Tenant?

    We require a minimum age of 21. There are possible exceptions on individual terms.

  • Are the cars cleaned before rental?

    Yes, the cars are properly prepared before the next rental and thoroughly cleaned.

  • Is it possible to rent with a driver?

    Yes, such rentals are priced and determined individually.

  • Can I travel outside of Poland with a rental car?

    Yes, but only with our written consent.

  • Who bears the cost of operating the car during the rental?

    Normally, costs associated with the operation of the car, such as timely maintenance, oil changes and seasonal tire changes, are our responsibility. We make sure that our cars are always properly prepared for rentals, performing such activities in between bookings. Nevertheless, the computer may report the need to replace, for example, oil or brake pads during the rental period, in which case the customer is obliged to inform us. We, bearing in mind the full safety of the customer, decide whether the car should be returned to the service immediately or you can wait with it until the end of the lease.

  • Can I extend the time of my car rental?

    Yes, while it depends on the availability of the car in question. It is worth bearing in mind that new bookings may still occur during the ongoing rental.

  • Can I use the car to drive on the track?

    We do not accept the use of our cars for driving on the track, participating in testing and racing.

  • Is it possible to leave my own car in our parking lot for the duration of the lease?

    Yes, you can leave your own car in our guarded parking lot. This service is free.

  • What if the car breaks down or has an accident?

    In the first instance, please inform our company using the hotline number for further instructions.

  • What is a deposit and is it required when renting a car?

Importantly, the amount of the deposit is not synonymous with the amount of the deductible. A security deposit is not required for rental, but we reserve the right to require it in special cases.

  • In what form can I pay the deposit?

    We accept such forms of deposit payment as cash, pre-authorization on a card or wire transfer.

  • At what time is the deposit released?

    In the case of a cash deposit, the deposit is refunded on site upon return. In the case of a pre-authorized card deposit, if there are no comments on the returned vehicle, we release the block of funds immediately after the end of the rental, within one business day.

  • Is the absence of a deposit equivalent to the absence of a deductible?

    No, the absence of a deposit is not equivalent to the absence of a deductible. The amount of the deposit is also not synonymous with the amount of the deductible. The deductible can be lowered with an additional package.

  • What is the deductible and how much is it?

    The deductible is the limiting amount of liability for any damage caused by the tenant. The amount of the deductible depends on the car model and varies between PLN 5,000 and PLN 100,000. The deductible limit does not apply in the case of gross violations on the part of the Renter, such as driving under the influence of alcohol.

  • Is it possible to remove the deductible altogether?

    Complete removal of the deductible is not possible. We offer the Gold Package, which reduces the deductible by 50% and additionally protects against liability for random glass and tire damage.

  • In what situations during the term of the lease am I financially responsible?

    The tenant is financially liable in the following situations:
    (a) Mechanical/car body/interior/accessory damage to the car due to the fault of the Renter or if the perpetrator cannot be determined.
    (b) Unauthorized entry to the track or participation in testing.
    (c) Unauthorized travel outside of Poland.
    (d) Damage or significant tire wear. The exceptions are situations covered by the Gold Package.
    (e) Glass damage. The exceptions are situations covered by the Gold Package.
    (f) Smoking inside the vehicle.
    (g) Other cases described in the T&Cs.

  • If the car is damaged during the rental period through no fault of my own, am I liable for the car?

    In such situations, the customer is not financially responsible for the resulting damage. However, the condition is that you immediately inform us of the incident and provide us with a statement from the scene of the collision and a police report.

  • In what situations am I liable up to a higher amount than the deductible?

    The lessee is liable up to an amount equal to the cost of repairing the resulting damage (even if the amount exceeds the deductible), in situations where:
    (a) Tenant was under the influence of alcohol and/or intoxicants.
    (b) The tenant did not have a valid driver’s license during the term of the lease.
    (c) Other cases described in the T&Cs.

  • When am I responsible for tire wear?

    The lessee is financially responsible at the time of above-normal tread wear between the issuance and return of the vehicle. The measurement of the tread is recorded on the issuance record and the return record. The charge for tread is directly proportional to the degree of wear.

  • What does the subscription offer consist of?

    Subscription offerings are, in other words, individually configured long-term rentals that include access to several/multiple cars on a mixed cycle. For example, you can drive an SUV every day, a sports car every other weekend, and a convertible in the summer.

  • What does joining an affiliate program entail?

    It involves “inserting” a car into our fleet and sharing the profit from rentals on individual terms. Not only do you own a sports or luxury car, but you also derive revenue from it.

  • At what time is the deposit refunded?

    In the case of a cash deposit, the deposit is refunded on site upon return. In the case of a pre-authorized card deposit, if there are no comments on the returned vehicle, we release the block of funds immediately after the end of the rental, within one business day.

  • In what time frame will I receive an invoice?

    We send the invoice no later than the 15th of the following month.

  • How is the technical condition of the rented vehicle confirmed upon return? Will I receive confirmation of the return of my deposit?

    The technical condition of the returned vehicle is confirmed by a return report, which is automatically sent to the specified e-mail address. Confirmation of the return of the deposit is also placed on the record.

  • I am expecting a fine, how do I get information about it?

    After receiving a ticket, we identify the driver of the vehicle according to the agreement that was in effect during.
