The Nissan GT-R has managed to become a downright cult car. Produced since 2007 as a successor to the Skyline model, it has won many prestigious awards such as “Supercar of the year” 2007 according to TopGear magazine, “World Performance Car” 2009 and “International Car of the Year” 2009. The silhouette and performance of this car continue to impress, especially since in 2016, the GT-R underwent a major facelift in which many key elements were improved.
During the facelift, Nissan definitely listened to GT-R model buyers. The changes have eliminated many of the usual ills of this model. Improvements include. suspension, which now performs equally well in daily use and track driving. The manufacturer also decided to thoroughly improve the quality of the vehicle’s interior, which makes spending time inside even more enjoyable. Through many major and minor upgrades during the production of this car, the power has increased from the initial 485 hp to as much as 570 hp and 637 Nm!

What makes the GT-R’s design so special? Just to mention the accelerations. 2.7s from 0 to 100km/h on dry pavement and not much worse on wet pavement – 3.0s, are the regions, by far more expensive, of the Porsche 911 Turbo S! The car also provides excellent handling thanks to, among other things. The use of a midship platform – moving the engine rearward and mounting the transmission and drivetrain at the rear of the vehicle. What’s more, from the very beginning of production, each engine is assembled by hand by an experienced mechanic.
