Porsche Boxster GTS Rental
The Porsche718 Boxster GTS is a compact convertible that lets you feel the wind in your hair. The smaller brother of the iconic 911 is a car that is just as interesting due to its interesting set of parameters, especially when we talk about the GTS version, which is different from the classic 718 Boxster.
The GTS designation alone tells us that we’re dealing with a car with a rich sporting heritage. GTS, short for Gran Turismo Sport, is a name that dates back to the 1960s, when the 904 Carrera GTS captured the hearts of automotive enthusiasts. Gran Turismo Sport is not just an empty slogan. It signifies extraordinary, even high-performance capabilities. The Porsche 718 Boxster GTS is powered by a robust 4-liter, 6-cylinder flat-six engine. This naturally aspirated engine produces an impressive 400 metric horsepower and 430 newton-meters of maximum torque. Power is transmitted to the rear axle via a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung automatic transmission.
This car’s impressive performance, combined with a weight of just 1,435 kilograms, allows it to accelerate to 100 km/h in just 4 seconds. Its acceleration time from 0 to 200 km/h is also exceptional. The Porsche 718 Boxster GTS needs just 13.7 seconds to reach that speed. The car is equipped with a soft, folding roof and a heated rear window. Inside and on the exterior, Porsche has incorporated many design elements typical of the GTS version. Excellent handling is ensured by an active suspension system with ground clearance lowered by 10 mm. Engineers from Stuttgart have also prepared something for audiophiles. The Porsche 718 Boxster GTS features a Burmester 3D High-End Surround sound system with a total output of 821 watts and 12 individually controlled speakers. Together with a 300-watt active subwoofer integrated into the body—equipped with a Class D digital amplifier—it delivers a one-of-a-kind acoustic experience—even when driving with the top down.
The Porsche 718 Boxster GTS is the perfect rental car for the weekend. The sporty convertible will work well for any person who wants to feel the wind in their hair and speed up their heartbeat while sitting behind the wheel. Convertible lovers can also check out a car like the Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible, which is also in our offer.
