At the heart of the car is a 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine. The unit generates 231 horsepower of maximum power and 500 Newton meters of maximum torque. While the sheer numbers are not impressive, this engine is perfectly adequate for the needs of the Audi Q7. The 3-liter diesel allows the large SUV, weighing more than 2 tons, to accelerate from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in 7.1 seconds. The car’s top speed, in turn, is 226 kilometers per hour.
