Today – in a refreshed coupé-likesilhouette – the Cayenne with the GTS emblem returns to the model’s roots: the racy sound of a naturally aspirated V8, while maintaining the everyday functionality of an SUV. The recent facelift includes a redesigned front beltline, a new three-dimensional light bar at the rear and a completely redesigned cockpit with a curved 12.6″ screen.

Under the hood is a 4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 with 500 hp and 660 Nm, which further enhances its sporty performance with the Sport Chrono package and accelerates the Coupé to 100 km/h in4.4 seconds. Top speed is 275 km/h – figures closer to a thoroughbred GT than a family SUV.

The GTS Sport package adds a carbon-fiber roof, a SportDesign styling package in High-Gloss Black, and a sport exhaust system with center tips in Dark Bronze to make the Cayenne sound as good as it looks.

Responsible for handling is the 10mm lowered PASM adaptive air suspension and Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control Sport (PDCC) with optional torsion rear axle – a duo that makes the nearly 2.3-ton car move with the agility of a sports sedan.

The interior combines Race-Tex and leather with carbon fiber contrast. GTS sport seats (18-way) hold you securely in the corners, while Burmester® 3D High-End Surround takes care of the acoustic feast. Torsos will settle for four-zone climate control, while the driver is assisted by the following systems: 360° cameras, parking assist, adaptive cruise control with traffic jam assist and Night Vision.
