The new 7 Series also features more sound-deadening material than its predecessor, which has positively improved acoustic comfort while driving. A new speech recognition system also makes the car easier to use, allowing you to set the desired temperature or configure the navigation system, as well as issue many other commands with ease. Another interesting feature is gesture control, which allows you to , among other things, adjust the volume, change the radio station, or confirm a selection from the iDrive menu. When maneuvering in tight spaces, the 360-degree camera system and parking assistant will come in handy—this is especially helpful with such a long car (over five meters in length). Among the other available options, the M Package and the wireless charging interface are worth noting; active seat ventilation is also available. Tinted rear windows are, of course, standard.
