The Audi RS Q8 is a twin design of the Lamborghini Urus. So it’s not surprising how many people compare the two proposals with each other. Both models share a common engine, suspension and components. Instead, they differ in price – and definitely because Lamborghini is roughly twice as expensive as Audi. Does this mean that the RS Q8 offers twice as much excitement? Definitely not, and in some conditions it is even better!

Responsible for the pioneering dynamics is a 4-liter V8 biturbo engine with 600hp and as much as 800Nm of torque! The RS Q8 accelerates catalogically in 3.8s to 100km/h, but independent measurements have shown as much as 3.6s. For an SUV, this is an amazing result. There’s a reason why the RS Q8 held the title of fastest SUV on the Nurburgring for a long time (7:42 min – that’s faster than the first-generation R8).

Of course, such an achievement was influenced not only by the engine. This is also thanks to, among others. Active roll stabilization system, sport differential or torsion rear axle. The first two options are part of the “dynamic driving package.” A rear torsion axle is already given as standard. You also get 22-inch rims as standard, but our copy is equipped with as many as 23 inches! Driving pleasure, on the other hand, is added by the RS sports exhaust system. Interestingly (and also pleasingly), Audi’s flagship SUV can transfer up to 85% of its torque to the rear axle.

The Audi RS Q8 is not just a car with great sporting qualities. It will also work well as a comfortable car for daily tasks or longer routes. You get air suspension as standard, and in our copy you’ll additionally find ventilated leather RS sport seats, a soundproof windshield or comfort door closers.
